These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") define the conditions for using Iteme (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

• Immediately notify the operator if unauthorized use of the account is detected

3. Use of the Service

The Service is provided "as is", and the operator makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, safety, etc. of the Service.

• The operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or any other damages arising from the use of the Service.
• The operator does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or safety of content posted or registered by users (item information, images, comments, etc.), and shall not be liable for any damages arising from such content.
• The operator shall not be liable for the actions of other users or disputes arising between third parties.

7. Service Changes and Termination

The operator may change or terminate the Service without prior notice to users.

8. Account Suspension and Deletion

The operator may suspend or delete accounts without prior notice if users violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law, and disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the operator.
